I was driving home today and I saw one of those Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm-flailing Tube-men outsitde an oil change place I think it was. Only it didn't have arms and it obviously wasn't arm-flailing at all.

So then I put the economic difficulties we're having here together with the armless inflatable tube-man and came up with this (built on the ICanHasCheezBurger network):
